Soooooooooooooo, it’s 9/11 and I decide to pick this day to update my blog, lets just say that I have been way to busy to even attempt to sit and write an update or anything, so here Is some random BS that I have been doing these past few weeks:

Well Benji won SYTYCD if ya’ll didn’t know that. We knew that he would it wasn’t a big shock to America. I wonder if he will come out of the closet now.

Still tuning into OLTL…………. Yes, I’m still an admitted junkie this show bites the big one with the writing but god help me I can’t stop watching the crap. Anywhose Todd is still the MFing bomb I love him only he could get away with calling Blair an undercover slut and whore and make it seem like it’s okay to call the mother of your children that. Once again I’d like to put out and APB for Jaime Vega and Jack Manning they are missing in action and we haven’t seen them in awhile and the parents don’t seem to care that they are missing.

The start of the new TV season my TIVO is going to burn the frick out with all the shows I’m trying to tape it’s ridiculous here are a list of my shows I’m interested in:

I know I am I was geared and so excited about the opening games. I was sad to see the way my line played I needed Tom to really get into the rhythm more but I can understand first 60 minute game played and since we lost so many key players we are going to have to get used to the momentum of the game again being played in front of a crowd.

What the hell???? the judges and I were on different pages last night. I hate Doriana’s choreography she looks like a bad Betty Page reject and her moves are lame assed.

Really she needs to stop watching “Staying Alive” & "Saturday Night Fever" she is repeating the same ole tired moves over and over again. This dance was tragic and Heidi and Travis did nothing for me he was stiff and uncomfortable in the lifts, and she looked like she was on crack.

The Fricking Waltz
Why the hell would they do this to us in a finale!!!!! I cannot understand why we have to see another tired smooth ballroom dance EVER again they need to stop with that nonsense. I thought Benjelle pulled it off, yes Donyelle needs to work on her arm placement but by calling them out with their training and not the others ummm Heidi doesn’t have any classical training either, so make sure you share the wealth with your horrible assed judging.

Amazing solo and by far the best dancer left in this show he should win, but let me remind you that this is So You Think You Can Dance not You Can Dance Already

Sometimes I get Mia sometimes I don’t… Last night I sat in the middle with her and with that said, it could have been good but to be honest Donyelle was a distraction for me I hate anything to do with pickaninnies (sp.)

Mary god bless you, when you said it brought back the days when you used to go to Georgia and drink mint juleps I wanted you to add to that statement “and played with my mammies kids while my daddy went coon hunting”

Benji Heidi Salsa
Alex Da Silva is the shiznit his choreography is amazing and of course they did it well. I just wished that they would have given them a contemporary number I know they can dance Salsa.

The Group Number
Color me shocked when not one of the judges mentioned Donyelle in this number. Yes, Travis was great, but I couldn't take my eyes off of Donyelle. Donyelle made that group number. Damn Wade you know “Sexy back” is the new “Crazy in Love” That routine was off the chain.

Ya’ll need to get rid of Tyce and hire Wade if he wants to do a piddly TV show ;)

All in all it was an okay finale. The show was set on pimping travis to the finals, he is fierce but come on judges do you have to make it that obvious who you want to win. America is not going to pick him ummm Benji has that tied down them Mormons have redial on lockdown along with some DVD's they are giving away for free if ya'll want to learn more about them.

I did not think that Donyelle had an off night; I just think that with more training she will get even better. Do I think she'll win, of course not? Did that stop me from voting for her, Hell MFing NAW!!!

Hey all to those who check in sorry I have not been updating I have been just kicking it enjoying my summer and happy to have one of my sisters back home. I am happy to report that i was able to wear my bikini top 4th of July and was very happy with my self total of 14 pounds lost and another 10 to go wish me luck!!!!!!!!

Well I’m happy with the way show is going I really miss Benjelle they were cute. Donyelle and Dimitry were awkward but my girl showed him up! Anyway Loving You Donyelle.

Wade Robeson & Mia Michaels WTF your choreography was off the damn chain……… They really need you guys to choreograph more and get rid of Dan Karaty & the Disco Queen whateva her name is I never want to see her grace my screen again.

Heidi and Travis your routine was no joke, Heidi pulled it off but not without being hurt by Mia’s critique something i think she would be used to nonetheless it saved her becuz i know most people felt sorry for her.

I think that Natalie and Ivan need to go home this week if I had to choose close second would be Allison & Ryan.

Anyone else sweltering in this heat out here in SoCal if I hear one more time we are gearing up for the big one I’m going to scream. We have an Indian summer and everyone wants to call it earthquake weather, why can’t it just be hot. I can’t wait until it starts to cool off becuz no one likes being in 100 degree weather.

Last Nights Show:

Ummm Dan Karaty, Michael just called and he wants his jacket back he said you can keep the gloves though... for real WTF is you wearing???? That’s right is you? I can't believe you came on TV wearing a members only jacket, you are not Kanye or Pharrell that look is wack and you can’t pull it off.

Anyway Heidi and Ryan were cute I loved there hip hop number yeah it was kinda cheerleader like, but what do you expect from a ballroom dancer and a ballet danseur.

Martha & Travis, okay she does look like Angela Bassett's version of Tina Turner her body is banging!!! The routine was okay and like Mary Murphy said it needed to be tighter and stronger. He needs to Man Up a little for me just a little bit well more than a little.

Dimitry you are FINE can I just touch you? Brian you are wrong "They can Happily go Home"(hee hee) Ashlee & Dimitry it was a little messy to me you are just not doing it technique wise,Ya'll had a nice ride but you need to go Buh Bye......

Musa & Natalie are hot the routine to me was slow but they are burning up the dance floor.... Musa is really nice to look at I think I'm gonna have to call about 9x's to keep you around for awhile.

Benyelle IS AWESOME they are hot, hot, hot, the couple to beat most definitely. Them Mormon’s sho know how to push up on you :)

Ivan & Allison u guys are cute and that is about it.

Jessica & Jaymz however he wants to spell it, Jamyz I hate cocky especially when it's ugly cocky and no matter how times I say it the Dolly Dinkle School of dance is calling you back, you are semi good with ugly hands. The dance was just like Nigel and & Dan said it was there but it wasn't their......... Just STFU and take the critiques.

All in all a good show cannot wait to hear the results tonight.

The moments between Todd/Van/Cris were good but we need more of those between all of the damn characters on the show. Okay loving this show for all the dancers out there this is our show and I know you all are excited each week like I am in to watch the show.

But let me digress for a moment:
OLTL you are killing me please let Vangie and Cris just DO IT!!!!! the sexual tension is so hot my azz is melting like the sexy chocolate I am. Their scenes are hot and as an ex JOVANNER it's getting close to what they had but only better becuz Cris is manning up to his woman. Please take me out of my misery and just let them have hot passionate sex all day tomorrow. Oh and please leave Kermit and Miss Piggy off my screen they are gross and remind me of bad sushi.

Okay back to So You Think You Can Dance - My favorites are still Donyelle and Benji that Mormon boy is dancing his butt off, but Musa and Natalie are totally a close second they are bringing the heat when they dance and I look forward to seeing them stay longer in this competition. They kicked off Ivan & Erin last week and this week it was Jason & Joy totally think that Jason got robbed they should have kicked off Dimitri but that would leave them with no ballroom male ballroom dancer... Jason you were amazing and you made me happy when I watched you dance.

Side note- I was kinda confused on whether I liked the gloves that Rihanna was rocking I'm fifty-fifty on whether that is a look I could rock??? I know my sister Staci would rock the hell out of those. She was almost emulating Beyonce and I need her to stop that madness and get her own ish cuz i aint having that Rihanna.

Whats else is Crackalakin in J-Dubs life well not a Goshdang thang I need to get out more maybe more spa days at Burke's or Glen Ivy. I need a new hobby maybe hiking okay hell to the naw on that one but if you have any suggestions please let me know.

So You Think You Can Dance went down last night and my favorite couples so far are:

Donyelle & Benji there hip hop was cute I was surprised that Benji could move that way great show opener. First I love Donyelle her style of dance reminds me of my later years as a dancer I hope she goes all the way overall my favorite so far.

Jason & Aleksandra that dance was hot they were hot I loved Tyce’s choreography it was a fusion of lyrical and African dance. I have noticed that African dance is being used in a lot of choreography nowadays, thank goodness.

Martha & Travis once again Tyce gave a couple a routine that worked for them a la Bob Fosse. The Broadway dance suited them and they were very good. I can’t wait to see how they do further in the competition. They were told they are the team to beat.

I want to see Travis and Donyelle I think they are going to be great together. Tonight we see who will be sent home I hope it’s not any of the ones I mentioned above.

Randomness: Jigga and the Cristal man are up in odds becuz he doesn't want his crappy azzed champagne ( I hate Cristal myself) to be promoted by hip hop artists. Jigga says well then I won't be selling your Ish at my clubs or promoting your shiznit "racist bastard" (<--- my words).

First off I am loving the weather that we are having out here in Cali, it's rocking and I hope its preview of what the summer will be like VIVA la Long Beach!

Okay a quick One Life to Live update…. I thought I would have to tune out this summer becuz of Vangie and Cris but now I am in love with the whole Cris-Van scene. Why did they have to make Cris the romantic damn sexy guy? I love his body and I ain’t going to lie those love scenes should be hot as hell this summer. The one thing I can’t get over is the hate on all the message boards I read. I say damn it’s a soap opera the relationship with Cris is probably not going to last long, but hey while it’s happening I will enjoy it. As long as they keep Renee Goldsberry a frontline character i'm a big fan. Oh big ups to Trevor St. John (Todd) he deserves an Emmy for his death scenes It was that good i needed tissues and everything.

And I would like to thank home wrecker Angelina Jolie for finally having that baby so now we can move on and not have to hear about her or Brad Pitt for at least a week.

Does anyone else wonder how the hell Toni Braxton got a show in Vegas? I admit I did like the first CD those songs remind me of my early years, but seriously you have Gladys’s Knight, Elton John, and Celine Dion all big names in Vegas sorry for all you Braxton lovers but she is so not in the league of the afore-mentioned. Sorry I heard her sing in the musical Aida and I could do without ever hearing that ever again even with the manipulation of the soundtrack.

Truly I can’t believe that this soap is still on the air NBC should be ashamed of themselves. Searching thru the web I came upon a discussion about why Passions could be a great soap! Ok WTH???? that show is so bad that it’s a frigging joke... I mean lets get real this shnit is almost like watching a SNL parody of soap operas????? The incestuous storyline between Chad & Whitney is still going on; there is a natural disaster like every other month, they even have witches and monkeys with major storylines. Come on the ratings cannot be that high it’s been on for 6 years, and still has a mad fan base you’ve got to be kidding me with that.

Okay even I have standards on what type of Soap Opera I can watch. And with my favorites I thank god for TIVO to fast forward thru the stank. OLTL is killing me slowly but damn if they threw in the crap that Passion shows on a daily basis I would be Audi 5000 for real.

So this is what I heard the official renewed shows are: America’s Next Top Model, Everybody Hates Chris, WWE Smack down, Gilmore Girls and Smallville. Likely renewals will be Girlfriends, Veronica Mars, Beauty and the Geeks, Reba and Supernatural. Everything else is on the cutting floor unless we get to writing certain affiliates about our favorite shows. Girlfriends is a likely renewal so I am going to send a letter to Mrs. Ostroff to keep this amazingly saucy show on the air.

Really it looks like they are only highlighting a few shows from UPN to go over to the CW network and looks like there won’t be a black drama at all not that we really have one on TV, but I think we need one.... not everything is a damn comedy to us. A Day without an Immigrant….

So Monday is a big pro-immigration boycott and I wonder if most of us will feel the impact. I know I might be affected since I work in the construction industry I know we will be hit the hardest. My biggest problem is myself as a disciplinarian at my work how do I handle this situation is this a walk out? Or if they call in sick do I have them show me a doctor’s notice? If this is a cause they feel very strong about why should I discipline them? Is this what happened in the 60’s when my mom & dad were fighting for freedom of equal rights???? Were they told don’t come in to work the next day since by doing this you will be fired? Or should I just ignore this and say you should have arranged before hand to take a personal day now you must suffer the consequences. I have much to think about and a heavy heart going in to the weekend.

Bus Anyone????

Yup, I’m questioning if I should hanker down and buy a bus pas?

$45, Yes that is what it costs to fill my tank here in So Cal, for some that may not seem like a lot especially if you are driving around in your Yukon or Expedition you are putting about $65 to $75 in your gas guzzler Dayum. Here in Cali $3.07 is the going rate for regular unleaded they foresee $5.00 for the summer season and that is the cheap gas breaking $6.00 for super. When will this highway robbery stop? I guess I will be staying my happy ass in Long Beach kicking it with the tourists. Good that I live in an awesome city.

I wish the media would stop blaming the refineries and start blaming the right people. Our state representatives of California…. come on Barbara help us here you and your cronies are to blame for all these damn taxes that we have to pay, the excise tax plus regular tax double than most states. I can’t keep paying high gas, electricity and housing prices because I want to live in California. I want to stay here but the guvment is kicking me out of this state. I WANT LOWER GAS PRICES

Now after I spouted my random thoughts the question is put out there once again. Should I get a bus pas or should I walk to work? I’m thinking that I need to start walking to work more it’s only an hour and the workout will be amazing if you have been reading my blog you know I have a few pounds I need to lose. MTV: My Super Sweet 16

This show is horrible if you want a quick “Dam I’m Really Broke” mental check then tune in to My Super Spoiled Sweet 16. This wack assed show made me realize that we have truly hit a low point where TV is concerned. Reality game shows and reality dating shows aren’t enuf lets just show some rich bratty kids spending ridiculous amounts of money on a 16th B-day party.

This show SUX and I hope people stop watching this shiznit.

That is what a good friend of mine used to eat to stay skinny and It worked…. It looks like Nicole Richie is using the same Methodology because there is no way she is losing that by eating healthy. DUPuke Lacrosse Team Story

Okay the story broke last week, two black exotic dancers raped at a Duke University Lacrosse team party. The scary part of this story is this S**t is crazy!!!!!! I don’t care if they said it was only suppose to be three people you don’t go anywhere without security guards especially when I see a bunch of WP’s in a room and it was only suppose to be a few. There is no excuse for what happened to them but Shame on Them for following thru and going back after they escaped the first time.
Okay that being said… I hope they catch whoever did this mess and arrest all those who watched and spewed the racial slurs at them as they were raped. Why is he resigning did he organize this party, was this part of an initiation to the team? Do they do this every year and these two girls are the first to actually talk about it? Like the Dean of the University I am disgusted with what happened and I really hope this doesn’t get pushed under the rug we need to make sure justice is served for these two girls no matter how uncomfortable this topic is.

A Girlfriends Moment

I have a sad feeling that my favorite show "Girlfriends" might not make it on the new CW network. For some maddening reason when I think of anything owned by CBS and Warner I think very white I'm not trying to start anything, but I really don't see any multicultural shows on those channels. I love the Under (U) Paid (P) Negro (N) channel yeah the shows maybe cheesy but they fulfill those two hrs that I set aside to pay homage to shows that 9 x's out 10 would not be shown on any other network (Ok maybe channel 9 here in Cali).

We (as in my friends and Sisters) are Toni, Joan, Maya & Lynn women trying to find themselves in Los Angeles not going the route of friends but living out our fantasies of being Dancers & Singers (yeah those girls are doing it big in other careers but it's great to see that it's not the norm) We are trying to make it and keep shit real at the same time and that it what I see when I watch the show.

Weird thought:
I'm scared they are going to phase out all the black people from UPN and turn them all white instead of Girlfriends it will be "The Girls" starring Hilary Duff and the Olsen Twins oh there one cool guy friend Kevin Federline :)
I'm going to write to Les Moonves or whateva his name is and ask him to check himself... It's bad enuf we only have one channel on local TV please don't make it no channel, and this is for all races we need more ASIANS on TV. Damn they act like that race doesn't even exist and if they do show them on TV they're always doctors :)

Day 5 and I’m still blowing my diet what will it take to get my fat ass up off this floor. I have taken to shaming myself by taking a picture of my fat butt and putting it on the refrigerator to make sure I don’t go in there to even eat the slimming snacks that I have. Depressing on two counts
1. There ain’t shit in my fridge
2. My boyfriend is going to look at the picture and be like WTF????

By the end of the week I will give a breakdown of what I didn’t do all week

Why is it that people at work always have to have some sort of drama? Can’t they be petty bitches on their own time? I'm already slaving an 8-10hr day dealing with my own work do I really need to hear why you are so unhappy with the person you work for? Go to HR with that shit come to me only with good meaningful gossip. We all want to sit and chat about fun stuff that will get us thru the day. I think they need an award about this madness you get to nominate the pettiest person in your office and instead of Employee of the Month you are Petty Bitch of the Month!

I hate my mail lady (postal carrier or whateva) fricking B***h…. she does not get to my door until 5:00 she knows that I could be waiting on something important (like a check). I can’t even complain becuz she is there exactly at 5 and they have until then to get us our mail who the hell wants their mail that late? …

I hate her she is not getting cookies from me this year, for those postal carriers (mail people) who get their households there mail on time kudos to you.

Rainy Day in Cali or Whateva?

Wow, Sunday afternoon in a wacked out day in Southern Cali. We were suppose to have a heck of a winter storm this weekend but that shit didn't come to pass. Why are weatherpeople (I wonder if that is correct?) such liars? Really they can't predict shit out here. I gave up a whole weekend of fun due to their predictions fricking liars they have one job to do and they can't even do that one right.

anyways this is my first blog and I really don't know what I'm going to be doing here or if anyone will read my stuff lets just say I will be going with the flow kinda like an online diary.

First day of really trying to lose 25 pounds is what I will discuss (will add pictures later). I joined the biggest loser at work for $100 and needless to say I have barely even tried to lose the weight now I'm out a "Benjamin" disgusting.
Yes, I am one of those stupid bitches that stopped professionally dancing an allowed myself to get fat. I'm trying to work out but food is so damn tempting maybe by posting this damn blog, I will come to the reality that I loved looking at myself in the mirror and wearing a bikini that was teeny. It's damn hard trying to lose the weight and I really hate going to the gym.

I try everything to get out of going to gym to workout my fat ass my excuses are... I have no gas in the car so i should conserve and not make the drive to the gym or I get home my man is there and I really just want to hang with him and I didn't eat that much so I can do sit-ups while I watch OLTL to make-up for not getting to the gym.....I am pathetic. JDUB you need to get your ass up and go to the gym.
So I went today and took a hip-hop class as an ex dancer I can say I was horrible I look like a jazz dancer trying to be hip. Not happening and not even trying to fake the Phunk like I got it. Just because I'm black does not mean I can do the steps I have the rhythm hell yes, but I don't have the Mmmmph that hip-hop dancers put into their moves I will get it maybe.

Damn I'm just blabbing but at least I got in some cardio today, goal is
25 pounds I can do it.
